L. Harrison Reeder, MSW, LCSW Seamless Transition Program Manager
L. Harrison Reeder, MSW, LCSW Seamless Tansition Program Manager, was appointed as Manager, Seamless Transition Program at Northern Indiana Health Care System, in August, 2007.
Mr. Reeder is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky and received his BSW in Social Work in May, 1997 from Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana. He received his Masters in Social Work in May, 1998 from Indiana Univrsity, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mr. Reeder began his Social Work career as an outpatient therapist for Mid-Town Mental Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. He returned to the Indiana Department of Correction as a Psychiatric Social service Specialist at the Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility. Mr. Reeder began his VA career as a supervisory social worker at VA Northern Indiana. He was appointed the Acting, Chief of Social Work for three years during the deployment of the chief of Social Work during this time he also served as the OEF/OIF Point of Contact.
