Outreach Coordinator for the Seamless Transition Program at VA Northern Indiana Health Care System

 Susan Reusser, LCSW  

Susan Reusser, LCSW, currently serves as the Outreach Coordinator for the Seamless Transition Program at VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System.  This interdisciplinary team has been given the task of removing barriers to medical and mental health treatment for returning service members seeking VA care.  Mrs. Reusser is a licensed clinical social worker, the daughter of a career member of the U.S. Army, and the wife of a current member of the U.S. Army Reserve.  Her experience includes individual, family, and group therapy, case management, outreach, and medical social work.  She is available to provide informational programs to community groups with an interest in assisting veterans of the global war on terrorism.
